I’ve been doing a bit more stabbing to while away the dark evenings, having another go at making felted hearts:
I used a heart-shaped cookie cutter to make the basic shapes – filling it with fleece and then stabbing the hell out of it. Then I needle-felted the crack and the letters onto it. It’s pretty hard to get the letters evenly-spaces and straight across the heart, so I’d be grateful if anyone has any tips.
This one is my favourite:
These are brilliant fun to make, if a bit fiddly. I am currently plotting and scheming my next felted creations.
